Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns of unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please email us at [help@kintsu-collective.com] with your order number and item details. We will respond with return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label (if applicable).
Conditions for Return
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Discounted or promotional items are not eligible for return or refund.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.Â
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Please initiate a return and place a new order.
